We have compiled an instruction sheet on the set-up and installation of the Mul-T-Flo / Vinidex merchandising bins.
The racking system consists of:
• 5 x wire baskets 1,2m
x 0,45m wide stacked on top of one another
• 30 x dividers which section off the individual baskets.
• 1 x Mul-T-Flo / Vinidex Header board
• 1 x Complete range of Labels
• 5 x Corflute strips 120cm x 10cm
The racks and dividers are currently available ex stock from Storeworks (Henmark).
Setting up the rack in the store
• When setting up a rack print a copy of the rack layout and take it with you. This will help you to set up the stores so that they all have a standard layout.
• The easiest way to set the rack up is by assembling it from the ground up. The header board is attached to the back of the rack by 4 cable ties.
• The photographs of the rack compartments below show pictures of the labels attached separately to the sectioned-off baskets. This is how the initial racks have been set up. We suggest that strips of corflute (120cm long x 10 cm high) with labels stuck on to the front of these strips are used. These strips are then attached to the front of the racks with cable ties.
